The PACIFIC EM175 Emulsifier is a crucial piece of equipment in the food industry, designed to blend immiscible liquids into a stable emulsion. - The cutting system consists of knife heads which rotate with the motor shaft and hole plate (which are mounted in the cutting housing)
- Each knife head has three replaceable insert blades
- The cutting system is simple to use and easy to set up
- Adjustment if possible while the machine is running, thus maintaining constant product quality
- Knife heads with 3/6 blades; Hole plates with hole sizes from 0.5mm to 19mm

- Because of it's low hopper height, the emulsifier can be loaded directly from a bowl cutter or mixer
